Our terms and conditions apply to all our services.

HAARANALYSE.INFO exclusively offers hair analysis services for sale. The hair analyzes themselves are carried out in our partner laboratory in Germany.

Delivery time (test sets)

The test sets are usually delivered within 3 working days after payment. We are not liable for longer delivery times due to delays in the German or Swiss Post or due to other operational circumstances.

Shipment

The shipping costs are already included in the product price. The collection sets are delivered by Swiss Post during normal working hours. The analysis results / findings are sent by Swiss Post during normal working hours or by e-mail, depending on the customer's wishes. In the event of a strike by the shipping service providers, HAARANALYSE.INFO is not responsible for delays or non-delivery. HAARANALYSE.INFO is also not liable for any losses caused by shipping service providers.

Prices

All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF), excluding statutory VAT, as the provider is not subject to VAT.

terms of payment

Deliveries are made against payment on our website by credit card, Paypal account or prepayment (bank transfer).

Revocation & Return

With the transfer of the purchase amount or payment by credit card or Paypal, the purchase contract is binding and there is no right of withdrawal. The collection sets cannot be returned.

The data required for business transactions will of course be treated confidentially.
